About Us
Founded in 1996 as Global cable and construction in Philadelphia and later expanded operations in 2006 to become C.T.I; with a new focus on emerging technologies and processes in the commercial building and communications sectors. From our clients to our personnel our success is your success. Perfection in our process and product is what we aim for.
From consultation and design to project management and punch list, our in-house team is nimble and knowledgable able to handle and develop complex remedial processes as part of managing our construction and property management divisions. Collaborating with principles such as Turner, Shoemaker, Synterra and WilCo on projects such as the National Constitution center, SEPTA - MSE Project or the West Park high rise renovation provided the under pinning for the experience that would ultimately propel C.T.I into the present.
What We Do
We Provide pre-construction consultation and design services as well as full construction services including, scheduling, cost control, change orders, RFI's, QC, Safety and Sub contractor coordination. Knowledgable in Primivera Expedition and other state of the art technology is what we utilize to efficiently and effectively ensure delivery of a successful project.
